Angelina-Neches Forks
Camping is available along the Angelina River in campsites designated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The sites are above B.A. Steinhagen and above the confluence of the Neches and the Angelina. They can be reached by going downstream from the Bevilport boat ramp or by going upstream from Martin Dies, Jr. State Park.
You should reserve your site in advance and, to do that, you'll need to fill out an application. The Corps does not put the application online, but here it is. The Corps office is at Town Bluff, 890 FM 92, Woodville, Texas 75979. Phone 409-429-3491, Fax 409-429-3188.
